After teaching the section on Acts 1:9-11, distribute a pen and a piece of paper to each person in your group.
Play the song “Holy Spirit” by Jesus Culture, (found at [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBifjXFA-W4]), and ask learners to write a letter to the Holy Spirit thanking Him for His work and what He means to them.
As the music plays, remind them to remember facts from the lesson. You may want to call out points you made in the lesson to prompt their memories. You may consider turning the song off early if you are running out of time.
At the end of the time, ask for one or two volunteers to share a sentence or two from his or her letter. Lead in a time of prayer to conclude the session.
We want to hear from you! How are you and your group allowing the Holy Spirit to live in your everyday lives?
